Turn your labelling problem into ours
We support you right from the start, no matter, whether you are struggling to set up your software, an update to your operating system is paralysing your labelling solution or a real bug has got in the way.
We assist you on your own computer
You authorise us to access your system via one of our support software tools. You can then watch how we operate on your computer. It doesn't matter where you are, as long as you have an Internet connection, we will support you worldwide.
We talk to you in person
A colleague from our support team will analyse your problem with you. We speak German or English. Spanish is available on request. We will explain what you can do yourself and actively support you. To do this, we will contact you online via Internet telephony or in writing by e-mail.
If you buy hardware or software from us, you automatically purchase a support contingent for initial assistance with your eXtra4 product. We will note your support units under your serial or licence number so that you are prepared in the case of an emergency.
Of course, we will also help you if you need more support than the support units included in your product purchase. As usual, briefly describe your support case to us on the phone or by email. We will confirm your enquiry in writing as a support order with your support case number. A colleague from our support team will then get in touch with you to address your problem. We will charge you for the time spent in units of six minutes as soon as your support process is complete.

Then we will create a customised labelling solution for you and adapt our software to your needs. We can use software tools developed in-house or work with your IT manager to address your system via control codes.
Please understand that even an in-depth analysis of your situation may go beyond the scope of the free service. If you require more than one hour's consulting time without completing an order, we will offer you a development contract for further analysis.

What’s up with it? - Save yourself from having to purchase a replacement with maintenance and repair!
If your hardware fails, don't think about buying a new one straight away! Technical support has been part of our range of services for over 30 years and is provided by our parent company. If your device fault cannot be rectified remotely online or by telephone, you can send your printer to us. Prerequisite: You have contacted eXtra4 and arranged the dispatch with us. Our technical colleagues at ‘eXtra4 Labelling Systems’ are familiar with devices from the vast majority of manufacturers and will check your thermal transfer printer for repairability. The inspection of a device also includes thorough cleaning of all functionally relevant parts. If something needs to be replaced, we can fall back on our in-house stock of spare parts.
A general overhaul and repair will often only cost you a fraction of what you would have to spend on an equivalent new device.
